Man left with broken bones after collision

A 19-year-old local man received a broken wrist, nose and lower leg injuries following a collision between a white VW Transporter minibus and silver VW Polo.
The vehicles were travelling along Edenfield Road towards Rochdale town centre when the collision occurred - outside the Horse and Farrier pub at 10.50pm on Sunday 25 May 2014.
The injured man was taken to Fairfield Hospital for treatment.
Police officers are urging anyone who may have seen what happened to contact the Road Policing Unit on 0161 856 8809.
