The Rotary Club of Heywood has welcomed new member Bob Fallon.
Bob, who lives in Heywood, is an active member of the Grenadier Guards Association and will be very much involved in some of the military parades that will take place in Heywood later this year.
A Rotary spokesperson said: "Bob was invited to Heywood Rotary Club regular meetings at the Pack Horse pub by Rotarian Jack Dummer, who is also a member of the Grenadier Guard Association. He enjoyed the fellowship of the members and admired the activities we get involved in and decided to join the club.
"We feel sure that Bob will be a very active and valuable member of our club."
The Club meets every Tuesday at 6.30pm at the Pack Horse in Heywood.
