Jack Greenwood has designed the new corporate logo for The Heywood Town Team.
Jack’s logo features striking colours and uses a repeated line pattern.
Winning the competition is something that Jack, 18, from Heywood is incredibly proud about. Jack said: “I got inspiration for my design by focusing on the brief and the main thing that worked for me was linking the Heywood Town Team, businesses, the community, shops and youth services together, so my design represents all these services linking together. I was really happy to find out I’d won. My family are very proud of my achievement.”
The Chairwoman of the Heywood Town Team, Helen Fearon said: “It was important that The Heywood Town Team established its own identity. Jack has done a fantastic job designing the logo. We intend to display the logo on all marketing materials and as part of our virtual images which we’ll be displaying on shop windows in Heywood.”
Jack’s lecturer, Sharon Drysdale added: “It’s great that our students have the opportunity to work on live briefs like this and engage with clients.”
