6th Form Internship Programme

Over the past two weeks parents and carers of those students who are participating in the Internship Programme have taken part in reviews! What incredibly positive review meetings these have been for all concerned – parents, students and employers also! Those youngsters are great ambassadors for the 6th form and are establishing themselves so well with prospective employers! Well done to the staff who have worked so hard to set these unique opportunities for the students.

Garry, Year 11 student who is our Sports Leader and Chair of the Student Council was selected by the Greater Manchester Organising Committee to act as a VIP tour guide of the various sporting venues of the GM games! Even though he was very nervous Ben managed to deliver a PowerPoint presentation to a room full of adults. We were all very proud of him.
