Plans to build over 300 homes re-submitted
Date published: 03 April 2014
Plans to build over 300 new homes on a Middleton development plot from Hilton Fold Lane to the Caldervale railway line, at the back of British Vita Foam, have been re-submitted to Rochdale Council.
As part of the plans footpaths, recreational areas and a potential new highway linking Oldham Road to Hilton Fold Lane have also been put forward.
Similar plans were submitted to the council in summer last year. Those plans would have seen 303 homes built in the area. These plans were
later withdrawn in October 2013.
