Domestic Burglary

Oakcliffe Road 17 March: unknown offender(s) believed to approach residents home address to the front. Suspected offender(s) have seen the resident’s keys on windowsill. Offender(s) make way to rear of address and force open ground floor window using unknown instrument causing slight damage. Offender(s) obtain keys from windowsill and use same to unlock the rear door. Offender(s) not believed to have entered but used the stolen vehicle keys to steal the resident’s vehicle from driveway of address. Offender(s) make off with same unseen.

Garden Court 13 March: unknown offender/s approach rear window of ground floor flat. Offenders damage board on previously damaged window and make off without gaining entry.

Bower Avenue 5 March: unknown offender/s approach property from unknown direction and approach side ground floor insecure bathroom window. Offender/s reach in an attempt to remove beading from upvc frame causing pane of glass in window to crack. Offender/s being unsuccessful in gaining access into premises make off unseen in unknown direction.

Brocklebank Road 3 March: unknown offender approaches rear of property from unknown direction. Offender kicks rear door; damaging the lock and gaining entry. Offender conducts tidy search of kitchen and ground floor bedroom. Is then believed to have been disturbed by the house alarm. Exits as per entry, taking a laptop from the bedroom. Making good escape direction unknown.

Great Howarth 27 February: unknown offender forces entry by unknown means to front door; removing copper piping; radiators and sink bowl and make off with same in direction unknown and by means unknown, leaving all windows open on exiting. Break discovered at 4.30pm.
