Emerging Issues:
There has been a significant rise in reported thefts of pedal cycles all around Rochdale East. It appears that unknown offenders are targeting garden sheds, breaking in and removing bikes. The police would urge residents to ensure their sheds and outside lock-ups are secure, remove/cover/hide any items of value. Invest, if possible, in security lights, shed alarms or consider bringing valuable goods into your house overnight.

If you witness any suspicious activity or see a collection of bikes unattended in an odd place please phone 101 immediately.
