Littleborough C P School winners of World Book Day dressing up competition
Last Thursday the whole of Littleborough C P School celebrated World Book Day.
Many of the children dressed up as book characters.
Children brought their favourite book into school and reproduced the front cover and 'blurb', to be used for a whole school display.
Children also drew a self portrait to be displayed with their book cover.
There was a secret 'Wally' in each class and the children completed a competition at break time to discover who they all were.
There were two winners from each year group.
The day raised over £600 toward new books for school. Thank you to everyone who helped to make the day a success.
