Domestic Burglary

Birch Hill Crescent, 25 February 2014: Unkown offenders approach ground floor bedroom patio windows use stone and smash window and climb into property. Steal property from within making search of bedrooms exit as entry. Offender makes off from scene in direction unknown.

Birch Road, 18 February 2014: Unknown offender/s approach rear of property from an unknown direction between times stated. Offender/s approaches rear secure patio door to the kitchen and uses a brick to smash the window, offender enters via window and conducts untidy search of property of all rooms apart from the lounge. Offender/s then exit address via point of entry with some items of property in an unknown direction.

Wardle Road, 14 February 2014: Unknown offender approaches rear of property from an unknown direction; offender then uses unknown instrument to smash rear ground floor patio doors and internal patio doors. Offenders conduct untidy search and remove various items of jewellery. Offenders exit via entry and make off in an unknown direction.

Petts Crescent, 07 February 2014: Known offender (House guest of the resident) enters the premises with legitimate access. Offender then enters the resident's insecure bedroom to which he has been told he does not have legitimate access. Offender removes cash from the room before exiting the room and the house and making good escape from the scene in unknown direction.

Laburnum Way, 31 January 2014: Unknown offenders approach rear of property and use unknown item to smash glass window in patio door. Offenders gain entry and conduct an untidy search. Offenders steal property and vehicle keys and exit as entered. Offenders use keys from address to steal victims vehicle from driveway then make off in an unknown direction.
