Domestic Burglary

Cloverhall Crescent, 11 February 2014: Unknown offender/s smash a rear kitchen window by unknown means and enter the premises. Search all rooms untidily removing items of property. Exit via the rear door unlocking the door with a key left in the lock, whilst within the premises the offender/s utilised unknown means to cut open the rear of a sofa within the living room.

Hollowspell, 11 February 2014: three unknown male offenders approach property via rear garden area causing damage to conservatory door in an attempt to gain access which was unsuccessful. Offenders then by means unknown cause damage to conservatory window entering same via smashed window. Offenders then cause further damage to interior patio door smashing glass panel entering kitchen area. Offenders then make off empty handed exit as per entry when alarm activates in unknown direction.

Rhodes Street, 5 February 2014: Resident is upstairs asleep when she has heard a loud knocking coming from the front door. She has walked downstairs and noticed a male stood at the door. By the time she gets to the bottom of the stairs the male has made off. She goes into living room and sees two figures stood at rear living room door and could hear a scraping noise. Males then make off via the rear of the address. Police attend and discover damage to the door.
