Product Design Textiles ‘Catch-Up’ sessions take place every Thursday and Friday after school for students who wish to spend more time on their controlled assessment Practical work. Students are asked to speak with Mrs Rogers to let her know if they intend on coming along.

Craft club: Every Tuesday and Wednesday Lunchtime in FDa – run by Mrs Hesketh.
This terms activities are: Cross stitching (mats and purses) Appliqued Canvas Tote bags, and Knitting.

All students are welcome to attend. Let Mrs Hesketh know as soon as possible if you want to attend. Numbers are limited.

Year 11 Product Design Textiles: Your deadline date for the Controlled Assessment is the 28th March 2014 @3.00pm. No work will be accepted after this date. Use the resources in Student Share and the Powerpoint/checklist in lessons, to check you have all sections completed. It’s Make Make Make – then Evaluate now. Good luck!

We are celebrating all things Fairtrade for the next 2 weeks at school and it is Fairtrade Fortnight! Look out for competitions to win some fantastic prizes! Come along to G5 to visit our Fairtrade Shop open every lunch time”
