Heywood Lions President, Irene Sagar presents prizes at Harwood Park Primary
Heywood Lions President Irene Sagar came to a celebration assembly at Harwood Park Primary to present some prizes.
Children in Y5 and Y6 had entered the worldwide Lions Clubs International Peace Poster competition and some children won the local prizes.
Lisa Zychowicz, the head teacher said: “It is wonderful when pupils are able to have opportunities like these, which are part of a worldwide competition.
"I am so pleased that so many children chose to enter and congratulations to those who won a prize too.”
