Wardle Academy Activity Weekend

Wardle students at Lake Windermere
Last weekend a group of students represented Wardle Academy at the YMCA Lakeside Activity Centre, Newby Bridge, Lake Windermere.
They completed every activity with enthusiasm and, having excelled in Archery, they won the finale challenge beating five other groups in 15 minutes and 30 seconds.
They now have to wait until the other schools have competed over the following 3 weeks to see if they win the challenge overall.
The girls represented the school extremely well and the course director and kitchen staff said they were a pleasure to be around.
