Rochdale Foodbank donation from Rotary

Past President Michael Fishwick presents the cheque to Iain Wight of Rochdale Foodbank
Rochdale Foodbank has received a charitable donation from the Rotary Club of Rochdale East. A a cheque for £442 was presented by Past President, Rotarian Michael Fishwick to Iain Wight of Rochdale Foodbank.
A Rotary spokesperson said: "The donation is one of many made by Rotary Club of Rochdale East throughout the last twelve months. As a club, we believe strongly in putting something back into the community and in doing so look to have fun and enjoy ourselves.
"The Rotary Club of Rochdale East is a member of Rotary International and Rotary in Britain and Ireland. We support fellowship amongst our members and charity events for both national and local causes. "
