Edward Brownlee charged with fraud by false representation

Edward Brownlee (19/01/1967) has been charged for the offence of Fraud by false representation - Fraud Act 2006 after fraudulently signing his deceased mother's signature to continue claiming her Civil Service Pension.
Brownlee has been bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 5 February.
