The Year 8 and 9 Girls Football teams played in the league last week at Matthew Moss school. They were freezing but they enjoyed it! Both teams qualified for a Finals Night to be played in February.

Well done to the two teams, the players are: Year 8: Lydia Entwistle (c), Niamh Entwistle, Lucy Perrin, Shannon Doyle, Zara Bradley-Ahmed, Hannah Mills, Jessica Connor, Zoya Gill and Lauren Saville. Year 9: Olivia Storto, Aaminah Rani, Samiya Karamat, Jenna Oldham and Alina Akbar.

Enterprise groups from Year 10 and Year 11 are currently preparing for a Young Enterprise event at The Trafford Centre on Thursday 13 February. The event allows participants to compete against other schools whilst showcasing their products to the general public. The students are busy perfecting their sales pitches and preparing their products for this fantastic event. Good luck to all the students involved.
