Collision on Manchester Road

Manchester Road in Castleton was closed in both directions at 6.30am this morning (16 January) following a collision.
A silver Saab collided with a Mitsubishi 4x4 which was pulling a trailer. The trailer needed recovering and so the road was closed for approximately two hours.
No serious injuries were suffered and the road was re-opened at 8.30am.
