Marks and Spencer refurbishment

Date published: 10 January 2014

Marks and Spencer in Rochdale town centre will undergo refurbishments starting on Monday 13 January.

The work will include closing the back door so it can no longer be used, new kit being installed, new lighting being installed and painting.

A spokesperson for the store said: “It has been planned for a while now but it is fantastic that they are doing it.”

The store, which is located on Yorkshire Street, will remain open whilst the refurbishments are undertaken as most of the work will take place at night.

“No customers will be affected by the work,” added the store spokesperson.
