Name of Intern: Tom

1st Rotation Placement:-Finance Department based at No 1 Riverside.

Job role – My duties consist of filing meeting folders in the appropriate filing cabinet, disposal of confidential waste, cleaning monitors and keyboards, general photocopying, hole punching documents, scanning and saving documents, filing into alphabetical and numerical order, opening letters and date stamping them.

Intern’s comments – “I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this department. I got to try tasks that I have never done before. My favourite was scanning the documents. All the staff were very helpful and really supported me.”

Colleague comments – “Thomas has settled well but due to the complexity of some of the tasks, support was given by a job coach. Thomas has worked extremely hard in his placement and is working towards achieving the tasks independently.”
