St John with St Michael year 3 and 4 children visited The Lighthouse Methodist Church in Whitworth to follow the journey and meaning of Advent.
Helen, who is a miner at The Lighthouse made up various arts, crafts and work stations and the children thought about the gifts of Christmas, Jesus being the light of the world and how Jesus is in everyones hearts at Christmas.
