St. John’s Church, Annual Carol Service

A Carol service will take place in the church on Sunday, 15 December at 3.00pm.

A special visitor will be attending for the children, refreshments of mulled wine and mince pies will be served in the Marian Room for adults.

Christmas raffle tickets will also be drawn. We welcome everyone and look forward to seeing you.

Golden book awards

The Golden Book awards are for children have tried their best in all areas with politeness and respect.

School diary dates

Thursday, 12 December
Christmas themed non-uniform day. Sensible shoes please.

School Christmas lunch.

Monday, 16 December
Children from lower key stage 2 will be singing Christmas carols for pensioners living at the Mews.

Tuesday, 17 December
Foundation stage will be performing their Nativity in the hall at 2pm. All parents/carers are welcome to attend.

Wednesday, 18 December
Key stage 1 will be performing their Nativity in the hall at 2pm. All parents/carers are welcome to attend.

Parties for Key stage 2 and Foundation stage including nursery will be held in classrooms in the afternoon.

Thursday, 19 December
A Carol concert will be held in the school hall at 2pm. All parents/carers are welcome to attend.

Parties for Key stage 1 will be held in the classrooms in the afternoon.

Thursday, 19 December
Christmas themed non-uniform day. Sensible shoes please.

Friday, 20 December
Christmas themed non-uniform day. Sensible shoes please.

Awards assembly at 9am – please ensure your child is in school on time.

School closes at 2pm for Christmas and will re-open on Monday, 6 January 2014.
