Police investigating criminal damage in Norden
Date published: 03 December 2013
Vandals sprayed black paint on cars and houses on Edenfield Road, Norden, on Sunday (1 December) morning.
A resident told Rochdale Online: “We woke up Sunday morning and noticed black paint on the front door. It was spray paint that wasn’t coming off. At first we thought it was personal but then we noticed the cars had the same thing done to them.”
Police are currently investigating the "criminal damage". A police spokesman said: "We received a call just before 9am yesterday stating that spray paint had been used on a car in that area. We have recorded and have details of the incident and are now investigating the incident as criminal damage."
