Date published: 02 December 2013

What an experience all our children and young people had this week as they took on the might of obstacle courses and inflatables to see if they could overcome the barriers! Smiles, enthusiasm, team work, physical efforts and aching limbs were the norm after taking part in the activities! Well done to everybody for such a great event.

Sports Young Leaders

Our team of young leaders have started their meetings as part of the preparation to assist in the organization of a sports themed event for youngsters across Greater Manchester. Their enthusiasm is wonderful to see and I know they will be great ambassadors to support the Sports Team in the event! Watch this space for more details.

In assembly Robert and Luke performed a Street Dance routine they practised at break times…..it was very good!

Chloe from Key Stage 3 has registered Redwood school to be a drop off point for the Key 103 toy appeal. This is a fantastic cause and we would greatly appreciate your support. The idea is to buy an extra toy, in its original packaging and drop it off at Redwood. These toys will be collected by the Key 103 team and given out to children around our area who will not be getting a Christmas present.

If you would like to donate a small present please send it into school clearly explaining it is for the Key 103 Appeal.

Many Thanks for your support!
