Burglaries in Firgrove and Milnrow

Beware of burglars
A burglary was committed on Mentmore Road on 27 November between 9.15am and 6.00pm.
The offender gained access to rear of the garden by removing several fence panels and once in garden smashed the small ground floor kitchen window. The offender reached in and opened the window allowing them to gain access to the house and made off in unknown direction.
A burglary was committed on Newhey Road, Milnrow between the 7.00pm 23 November and 8.00am 25 November.
The known offender approached the mid terraced property from the front and used an implement force to the front upvc window. The offender also forced the upvc panel from the bottom of the front door to gain entry to the property. The offender left via front door with stolen property and makes off in unknown direction.
A police spokesman said: "Any information regarding these offence can be passed to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or our non-emergency number 101."
