St John the Baptist Church

On Sunday 1 December St Gabriel’s R C Church are holding their Christmas Fair at St Gabriel’s R C School, Vicarage Road South, Castleton from 12 - 2pm.

We invite the children to please bring a present to Father Christmas so he can distribute them to children who will not otherwise receive a present.

At 3.00pm on Sunday 1 December there is a special Mass at St Gabriel’s R C Church with anointing of the sick.

On Sunday 15 December at 3pm at St John the Baptist R C Church, Dowling Street, Rochdale is the Annual Carol Service. There will be a special visitor for the children.

Refreshments of mulled wine & mince pies will be served in the Marian Room and the winning tickets for our Christmas Raffle will be drawn.

Christmas Raffle tickets are on sale after each Mass – a book of 5 for £2. 1st prize is £100 plus lots of other prizes.
