Woman hit by car

A 35 year old woman was hit by a car yesterday (Wednesday 6 November) on Mellor Street, Rochdale.
It is understood that the woman was hit around 6.30pm.
The woman was taken to hospital with a suspected hip injury but no life threatening injuries were reported.
Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident are still ongoing.
