"We always attend the event and really enjoy it. We can meet up with people who we don’t see often.”

Elousie added: “I enjoy it. It is my favourite time.”

Mr and Mrs Smith also attend the event every year. Mrs Smith said: “Its local so we like to support everything in Heywood.”

Mr Smith added: “I don’t think it is as busy as last year but it is still busy. They are good events to come too.”
