Rochdale Council Cabinet meeting 24 October
Agenda is mainly surrounding financial budgets.
Revenue of financial update is up first.
Reports of savings of up to £2.8 million.
Adult care has savings of £2.2 million but children's services has an over spend of £3.4 million.
Capital financial update - rephrasing of £5.8 million is being asked to be agreed.
Collection fund - regarding business rates and council tax. Business rates of £3.27 million.
Council tax increase - no major changes.
Financial update - first report proving update of saving target for 2013/2014. On target for saving of £15.2 million.
Revenue budget - second update for budget of 2014/2017.
Funding levels have been revised. Provisional figures at the moment. Figures released in January 2014.
Cabinet accepts the freeze grant for council tax.
