Beech House School Harvest Festival
Date published: 24 October 2013
Staff and students from Beech House School held their annual Harvest Festival on Monday 14 October.
The festival, attended by pupils from nursery up to year 11 with student’s families, was led by the Bishop of Middleton, The Right Reverend Mark Davies.
During the service, a member of each year group in the senior department gave the readings.
Food donated to the festival will be given to Petrus. Petrus is a Rochdale based charity that provides supported housing and other related services to homeless people in the borough.
The work that the charity does was discussed at the service by Julie McDonough and Theresa McNee.
