Testing takes place at Rochdale Transport Interchange

Testing has taken place today (Monday 21 October) on what will be the new Rochdale Transport Interchange.
Buses have been testing the new routes and the new bus station.
It is understood that a date for the opening of the new bus station will be announced within the next few days.
The new interchange will provide a safe and comfortable environment for catching buses. The inside of the interchange will include a travel shop, newsagents, small café area, electronic passenger information displays and public toilets.
