Concern is growing for a 16-year-old boy who is missing from home

UPDATE: Kaleb has been found and is back home

Kaleb Taylor was last seen at his home on Gainsborough Drive in Rochdale at about 4pm on Saturday 7 September 2013.

It is out of character for him to be gone for this long, and officers are appealing for information to trace him.

He is white, 5ft 9in tall, of slim build and short blonde hair. When last seen he was wearing a purple jumper with a picture on the front, and blue Nike high-top trainers. He is believed to have had a red side-bag over his shoulder.

Detective Constable Ruth Thompson said: "We would urge anyone who may have seen Kaleb to contact us and tell us where he is.

"His family are extremely worried and want to see him home as soon as possible.

"We ask that anyone who may know Kaleb and knows where he is to call us.

"If Kaleb hears this message himself he needs to know that he is not in any trouble and can contact us."

Anyone with any information is asked to call police on 0161 856 8504 or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
