The Eco-School Council from St John with St Michael CE Primary School in Shawforth with the Mayor
The Eco-School Council from St John with St Michael CE Primary School in Shawforth received a "Highly Commended Runners Up" prize of £50 along with a certificate for their entry into the 2013 Lancashire Chairmans Challenge.
The children organised and delivered a whole school Safety Week.
They were shortlisted to the final six out of over 60 other Lancashire Schools.
Miss Kenyon, Teaching Assistant was extremly proud of the children who went to deliver the presentation in the finals they were a credit to not only the school but also to themselves. Well Done!
