St Andrews Mothers Union new members
In a service at St Andrew’s Church, Dearnley, on Monday evening 16 new members of the Mothers Union were admitted to the recently re-formed branch.
The short service was led by the Revd. Sharon Jones and Branch Leader Mrs. Jean Townshend, supported by the Archdeaconry President of the M.U. and members from other local branches.
The inauguration was followed by fellowship and refreshments then a talk by Mrs Kirsty Rhodes-Dawson about her work with vulnerable women.
