Royal Ascot Ladies Day at Ladies Only Ltd gym

The Royal Ascot and Ladies Only Ltd gym both celebrated Ladies Day on 21 June.

Ladies Day at Royal Ascot is always a feast of fashion and celebrity spotting, and this year was no exception.

The runners in Rochdale this year included a line-up from Ladies Only Ltd gym, but they galloped through Rochdale town centre on two legs not four!

“The Racing Post” was available at the gym for members to study the form (or pick out their favourite colours and names) and vote. Instructors were on hand to complete the slips and run the stakes to the bookmakers.

They may not have seen or heard the hooves pass the post or rubbed shoulders with the Queen and Frankie Dettori, but members had the excitement of a little flutter whilst they followed their own exercise routine.
