Worried about your memory? Want to find more out about Dementia?

The Memory Wellbeing Cafes and Carers Support group are a free social meeting place for people living with dementia, their carers, family and friends.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided. Professionals from other organisations will be available to give advice on a one to one or group basis. A range of activities will also be available at the Memory Wellbeing Cafes.

You can have as little or as much involvement as you like and we are always looking for suggestions for future bookings.

New Dementia Adviser Service

The Dementia Adviser service provides information and other support services which aim to put people with dementia in control of their lives so they are able to live well with dementia. This involves a face to face consult in your home or telephone consultation to discuss a variety of topics around your diagnosis and the future.
