Robbery at Tesco

A driver was hurt during cash in transit robbery.
Just after 4.00pm today (Thursday 12 April), cash was stolen from van at Tesco supermarket, Silk Street, Rochdale.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: “As yet we don't know how many men were involved and whether they were armed.
"A security guard was treated at the scene by paramedics.”
