Long delays on M62 eastbound

Motorists are suffering from long delays on the M62 eastbound between junction 21 at Milnrow and junction 22 at Rishworth Moor because of snow.
Two lanes are closed and there is queuing traffic back to junction 19 at Heywood.
The matrix signs are set to 40mph.
