Ring out for St George!
Date published: 29 March 2012
To help build expectation and pride for England's Patron Saint, St George, churches are encouraged to ring their bells on St George's Day, Monday 23 April.
Many churches did this in 2010 with great success. The Archbishop of York and Bishop of London are encouraging as many churches as possible to mark the occasion again this year.
The Ringing for England campaign hopes this will become a happy tradition.
