Staff and volunteers from Leonard Cheshire Disability’s Honresfeld in Littleborough have raised approximately £700 by taking part in a sponsored walk.
Armed with socks and plasters the fundraisers took part in a 29 mile walk on Saturday 3 March to raise funds for Leonard Cheshire Disability.
‘The Bogle Ramble’ organised by Manchester RAG at Manchester Metropolitan University lasted for 11 hours and the walkers rambled across Greater Manchester in the rain.
A spokesperson said: “Everyone at Honresfeld would like to say a massive thank you to the team and all their sponsors.”
