Armed robbery at supermarket

Two masked men brandishing a sword threatened staff at a Middleton supermarket.
At about 7.30pm last night (Wednesday 29 February), the offenders went into the Aldi store on Eastway, and demanded cash from a member of staff who was serving a customer.
One of the offenders was holding a large metal sword.
Once the pair stole cash from the till they ran out.
They are described as being white men in their late teens to early 20s, in dark clothing and wearing balaclavas. One of them was 5ft 8in tall and of slim build.
Detective Constable Charlotte Humphreys said: "The cashier and customer were left badly shaken, though thankfully nobody was hurt.
"I would appeal to anyone who may have seen the offenders approaching or leaving the store."
