Hamer Community Primary School

Recently we hosted an inter-school football tournament. Children, staff and parents came along to cheer on our team. We were all so very proud of all our members of our team but especially Khubaib, Shoeb, Irfaan, Zia, Ahmed, Junaid and Samyan – Well Done! The football team were also awarded the Good Citizens Award for week ending 24th February for an outstanding performance in the tournament.

Thank you to Mr & Mrs Casey for continuing to organise events that the children can enjoy.

On Friday 2 March the children in Year 3 and 4 will be performing “The Volcano Show” in the school hall and parents are welcome to join us at 1.30pm.

A reminder to the parents who have been attending The Phonics Class that the classes are still on every Friday at 9.15am with Mrs Coward.
