Fire crews tackle Middleton garage fire

Fire-fighters were called to a garage fire at Heywood Court, Baguley Crescent, Middleton at 5.52am today (3 February).
On arrival, crews found a garage containing a large quantity of household furniture well alight.
Using breathing apparatus, hose reels and a jet hose, fire-fighters extinguished the flames and made the area safe.
