Labels:
Please label all your children’s clothing. We are increasingly finding items of clothing around school without names, therefore we are unable to get these back to their owners.
Attendance:
The winner of the attendance certificate for week ending 20th January 2012 was Orange class with an attendance of 100%. Well done Orange class. The overall attendance for the school was 96.3%.
Valentine Disco:
On Wednesday, 8 February the School Council are organising a school disco. On this day the children will be able to wear what they want.
Unit One – the disco will be from 2.15-3.15 p.m. A donation of £1.00 for Unit One children is suggested and this will allow a turn on the Bouncy Castle and Hook a Duck. All Unit One children will be ready to go home or attend Tea Time Club as normal.
Units Two, Three and Four - their disco will start at 3.15 p.m. and finish at 4.30 p.m. Admission will be £1.00 and we will be selling refreshments and there will be lots of activities for the children to join in with. As a guide £2.00 spending money should be more than sufficient.
Musical concert:
On Tuesday, 31 January the children in Units Two, Three and Four will be enjoying a musical performance by Mohammed Sarwar during the afternoon.
Dinner arrangements:
Just a reminder to parents, if your child is on packed lunches or school meals they have to stay on either for the full half term, they cannot change half way through. Thank you.
