The Peacock Room team
The Peacock Room at The Crimble has been recognised by the prestigious Michelin Guide 2012.
The Bamford restaurant has been awarded a two ‘knife and fork rating’ in the guide.
The recognition is another coup for The Peacock Room which has also been awarded a second AA Rosette by AA inspectors.
Head Chef Rob Walker said: “These are both great achievements.
“We are very proud to be included in the Michelin Guide, and to be awarded a second rosette.
“It is what we have been working towards since I joined the Peacock Room in 2009.”
Chef Director Paul Dickson added: “I am so pleased that the hard work put in by the Peacock Room team has been recognised by such respected organisations.”
