Fire at Deeplish industrial unit

Fire-fighters tackled a fire at an industrial unit in Deeplish in the early hours of this morning (24 January).
Three fire crews from Rochdale and Heywood were called to Ashfield Road at 12.26am.
On arrival they were faced with a fire in an industrial unit being used to repair fridges.
It is thought up to 25 fridges were damaged in the fire and the building also sustained minor damage.
