Car fire in Middleton

Three fire engines from Blackley and Heywood Fire Stations were called to a car fire in Middleton just after 6.10am, today.
On arrival at the address at Heywood Old Road, fire-fighters used hose reels and breathing apparatus to tackle a car fire in a detached domestic garage.
The fire is believed to have started through an electrical fault.
