Thimbles on Hare Hill Road has been named the winner of the Littleborough Christmas window competition.
The annual competition, organised by Littleborough Events and Assoications Forum (LEAF), saw 16 businesses take part.
But it was Thimbles that stole the show with its hand knitted nativity scene, Christmas tree, snowman and advent calendar.
Siouxsie Hampson, proprietor of Thimbles, was presented with her winner's trophy by Simon France, Secretary of LEAF.
She said: "I’m really happy to have won the competition. Hand-made crafts have really
taken off since the TV show ‘Kirstie’s Handmade Britain’ and I think people have recognised the hard-work that has gone into creating the display."
Simon France said "Littleborough businesses have again put a lot of effort into making the area feel festive. It’s another example of Littleborough people pulling together and keeping the community spirit alive."
