School will be open at the usual time of 8.25am on Wednesday 4 January, 2012. We look forward to seeing you all in the new year.

A reminder to parents/carers of Year 10 and 11 students that many of them will have GCSE exams when they return in January. It is therefore vital that students prepare thoroughly and do not leave their revision until the last minute. As ever we would welcome your support in this.

A reminder to parents/carers of Year 9 students that options evening will take place on Thursday 26 January starting at 6.00pm. There will be presentations in the Theatre and opportunities to meet with subject staff to discuss the various choices your child will be able to make. We look forward to seeing you on the night to support your children at this important stage in their education. Parents/Carers of Yr.9 students will receive their child’s report in advance of the evening and Parents’ Evening for Yr.9 takes place on the 23 February between 4.00 pm. and 7.00 pm.
