Last chance to vote for your favourite new development

There’s just two weeks left to vote in the Rochdale Borough Design Awards.
Six local developments have been put forward by local people for the ‘People’s Design Award.’
The shortlisted buildings are:
- Rydal Gardens Apartments, Middleton
- Springfield Park, Rochdale
- Mike Goldrick Window Blinds, Heywood
- Golden Mosque Islamic Cultural Centre, Rochdale
- The Pavillion, Birtle Brook Village, Birtle
- Jowkin View, Furban Road, Rochdale

The awards are sponsored by leading UK construction and civil engineering company Sir Robert McAlpine and focus on the relationship between good design of new developments and building successful communities.
Voting is open until Wednesday 7 December and the winner will be announced at a special ceremony next year.
