What is happening in the classroom?
Spotlight on language and grammar:
This week our focus is on Alphabet Games
Parents and carers please spare ten minutes or more per night with your child to support the work that the children are doing in school.
Statements to live by:
As you are now aware, pupils have been working together to understand their uniqueness as made in the image of God and develop self awareness, positive self-esteem and confidence.
Please take the opportunity to discuss with your child at home and support them in this week’s aim of taking care to keep safe and healthy.
I can work, play, rest and pray each day
Advent mass:
Advent Mass will take place at 9.15am on Tuesday 29 November in Church, all welcome.
Other business:
The school extension is now almost complete, plumbing and lighting in place. The playgrounds are being covered with Tarmac and we are on target to open the hall after Christmas.
Some children are changing their meal patterns on a weekly and sometimes a daily basis, could parents decide what meal pattern their child/ren are to take and keep to this in order to maintain an efficient service.
Finally, please don’t forget to ring the school office before 9.15am if your child is not attending school and please continue to pay dinner money on a weekly basis.
